Leaving the glowing burners of one of Canberra's most iconic fine diners behind, Sascha Brodbeck traded his chef whites in for a 1960s-style red caravan. Within its small confines, he and business partner Joelle Bou-Jaoude create some of the Canberra area's finest burger delights. Set up in the car park of Bowen Park, Brodburger has acquired cult status among Canberra's late-night noshers (many of them chefs) for truly gourmand offerings like the Brodburger deluxe: two beef patties, two eggs and four rashes of bacon in a bun.

Best Burgers
These burgers are - without a doubt - the best you will get anywhere in the ACT!
They just have to learn to cook the chips so that they are ready when the burgers are...........

So fresh, so good
Great burgers, when it's busy can sometimes take a while to get your food. But overall, it's awesome eating. Such fresh food.......not your average food-caravan!
