Melbourne is often touted as the most European-like city in Australia, what with its rich cultural backbone and its charmingly busy lanes and alleyways. Brisc Restaurant adds to this mystique with its European-style dining setting, featuring warm timber chairs, communal tables, and rustic wooden shelves of old wine bottles at the entrance. The sharing experience really takes off with chef Michael Slade's grazing menu, which includes dishes like pork and beef polpetti (meatballs), potato frittata, ox cheek, and a four-cheese souffle. Slade and his team use mostly house-made ingredients, with all other items sourced from small artisan producers.

gr8 night
Restuarant recommended by a friend said 'you won't be disappointed'....well it was true excellent banquet of food - tasty, well presented - atmosphere great...great selections of wines....will be back!

have the banquet!!
the food was delicious. we had the banquets and it was so filling. and range of food i tasted was fantastic. i cant wait to go back.
