Every Friday night, the bright young things of Melbourne come out to play at this one-night-a-week venture into glamorous decadence. In the grand three-level site of former haunt De Lacy, corporate function and catering service Bright Young Things open up a swinging speakeasy to the general public. Lit by candles, lubricated by cocktails, and teeming with seasonal tapas-style treats, it's just the remedy for a post-working week wind-down. The menu may feature anything from pan-fried chorizo with octopus and broad beans to roasted pumpkin risotto with gorgonzola, toasty walnuts and sage.
