Restaurant Information
Brent's
Replacing Bruno's Tables, Brent's offers an exquisite dining experience. The classic interior sports high-backed varnished black chairs and white tablecloths, while oriental screens divide the spaces, creating intimacy and warmth. The mod-Oz menu has more than a touch of classic French - offering entrees like pan-fried foie gras - and is incorporated into set business lunches, function menus and romantic dinners for two. There are over 90 varieties of wine on offer, with 15 available by the glass. The service is professional and attentive, and diners with specific dietary restrictions can be catered for. Nestled in the suburbs, Brent's offers a quaintness that is worth coming back to.

Professional service, inventive and tasty food.
Went to Brent's for a special luncheon, the service was slick and unobtrusive, wait staff knew what they were doing and were attentive. Degustation meals were the right size, progressed nicely, some with lighter flavours, others that refreshed and then intensified.
Chef Brent and co-owner Graham work well together and obviously both have very high standards, and there is a calming air of confidence that exudes this place, and is evident in the food and the service.
Lamb was tender and moist, just very, very good, other courses took the taste-buds on a journey of discovery.
Give this place a go for a special night-out, or for a special function.
