Brekkie breaks, coffee breaks, lunch breaks, snack breaks - whatever breaks you're having, this eclectic High Street cafe makes them worthwhile. Since arriving on the Freo scene in late 2009, Breaks Cafe has built up a following on the back of its tasty breakfasts, pastas and the ever-popular massive burgers with chips and salad on the side. The funky, high-ceilinged space has lots of appeal, cleverly doubling up as an art gallery, bringing together the experiences of the palette and the palate.
