Was okay.. but
The service was pretty good and the place very nice. The kids liked the big boat in the indoor eating area however we sat on the deck. It was a little cold so the staff put the plastic shutters down and offered the kids pillows to sit on so all good so far.
However the food was what let them down.. $65 for the signature dish of a seafood platter for one was pretty much a snack for me. It was nicely presented but for my $65 I would have liked more then half a small crab, a bug, 4 prawns and 4 oysters plus some miscellaneous deep fried things. In fact the only difference between my $65 platter and the $35 platter my wife ordered was the addition of some deep fried stuff on the side and a couple of extra sauces.
The seafood was also a bit dry.
Would I go back there again? Probably not, as I had to drive from the other side of town just to get there and I'm sure I could do better driving much less distance. The night was not a complete loss though we did have a good time and the atmosphere is nice. The $150 bill for the mediocre seafood was not nice, however!
