A Perfect Evening!
I hestitate to write how wonderful this restaurant is for fear of never getting a table again! After years of dining in Brighton, we were delighted to find this gem. The first thing that we noticed was the friendly, polite, professional staff. We were seated and drinks arrived quickly and efforts were made to ensure we were comfortable and knew the specials. We loved that the children were also made welcome! The food was to die for - I highly recommend the bugs, fabulous value for money! The atmosphere was perfect for a birthday party! Thanks for a lovely night. We will definitely be back!

What an Experience
I visited for a quick lunch and stayed for dinner, Started with the Tempura Prawns which could not be beaten. Then the PorterHouse: I have never enjoyed a steak like this before. It was not just the great food but also the service could not be faulted. It is the first time I can remember the waiters' names Hanna & Moni, both are true professionals at what they do.
The only bad part is I have not had the time to visit since and I can not wait for my next experience.

Brasserie Brighton a delight
Two friends and I dined at the Brasserie on Tuesday night taking advantage of the 'buy one get one free main meal' offer. We all opted for the special salmon fillet on risotto with asparagus. The salmon was beautifully cooked and a large serving, the risotto was fabulous as usual (this is one of the few places I have been where the risotto is generally very good) and the asparagus was crisp and green.

Absolutely Divine!
We thoroughly enjoyed this dining experience! Everyone in our group was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and more importantly the food! Reef and beef highly recommended. Might have to go as far as to say this is the best steak I've had the pleasure of consuming so far, deliciously tender and cooked to perfection! Can't remember what meals the others had but it was all smiles! Well done, has lifted the bar!
