Making his mark on the cafe scene, former rugby league and boxing heavyweight Anthony Mundine is the man behind Boxa Bar; a cool little coffee house conveniently located in Hurstville. The sporting theme is carried through from Mundine memorabilia on the walls, to sports broadcasts on the giant TV screens. It's a good spot for a recharge with a coffee, cake, cookie or something more substantial from the mod-Oz cafe-style menu.
