Love this place

Food is excellent from the Steak to the Gamberi. Chef makes an amazing Goulash but I ring first now to confirm it will be available. Service is old fashioned friendly. For those that love a European flavour, mix of Italian, Czech/Slovak and Austrian. We go about once a fortnight now and is on our regular list. Prices were good, atmosphere warm and inviting nicely set out. I like a well set table. Service good and food absolutely amazing.

Cafes Offer Better Service

The place was noisy. We found the location added no atmosphere. We had beer spilled on ourselves and over our food by the waitress. When our meals were replaced they come back smothered in oil. A shame, as the crab linguine looked to be a great dish. After our complaints, nothing was even offered to soften the bill, not even a free drink!

one of the best hidden restaurant in SA

Everytime i go to Botticelli I ask myself why isn't this place packed. The atmosphere is great, the service is warm and old-fashioned, and the food is fantastic!! I think it is the location that let it down, middle of Flinders st where there's no other restaurants. I would highly recommend the crab pasta and the steak.
