In an increasing dessert-conscious milieu, Boon Chocolates comes into to being with a distinct appreciation for the sweeter side of life. Occupying the premises of the now defunct Oh! Calcutta!, Boon's pastry chef, Fanny Chan, deftly creates a slew of chocolate delights.
For a midday indulgence or an after-dinner temptation, the waffles here are hard to resist, as are the unique selection of handcrafted chocolates; these chocolates may include unique flavours such as lemongrass, balsamic vinegar and rose.
