Fast, healthy and fresh, the focus at Bodyfuel is firmly on food you can feel good about putting into your body. There's a large range of vegetarian dishes on offer, as well as plenty for the carnivores, and many of them come gluten and dairy free. The menu changes constantly, with plenty of rotating specials on the board, though there are some constants to keep regulars happy - the lentil burger and Vietnamese cold rolls (duck or vegetable and with a lime and chilli dipping sauce) are firm favourites. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere is present in all three of the Bodyfuel cafes now open, all of which have that Central Coast vibe: chilled out and welcoming. Locals say the coffee is as good as you'll get anywhere on the coast.
