There's something very special about Argentinean cuisine. Every influence of its history and style is visible on the plate, epitomising the notion of letting the produce speak for itself. While the current trend in Australia is for grain-fed, aged beef lightly cooked, Boca, in true Argentinean style, does its own style of meat in its own way. All you can do is sit back and enjoy the ride.
The main selections consist of share platters of different cuts of meat, embodying the Argentinean philosophy of eating every part of the animal. Prepare for sweetbreads, blood sausages, seemingly endless amounts of meat and chimichurri (herb, chilli, garlic, vinegar and olive oil meat dressing). The matambre (skirt steak) is a must try - although it may be too tough for some people - as are the costilla (ribs).

Outstanding meat dishes
My family went to this restaurant last month. I must say, the meat dishes were amazing. The quality of the meat was second to none - so succulent and tasty. The waitress serving us was very friendly and happy to explain the menu to us. It was so nice to try traditional and authentic Argentinian cuisine for the first time. If meat is your thing, this is the place to go. Thanks for a great restaurant experience.
