Right on the shores of Frenchmans Bay at La Perouse, arguably one of Sydney's prettiest coastal spots, the Boatshed Cafe is a naturally laidback place where no-one needs to be in a hurry. Open every day for breakfast, coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, this cafe provides plenty of nourishing nosh for its sun-loving patrons. The most exciting stuff comes at lunchtime in the form of fresh salads and seafood, sometimes meeting in between, as the seafood salad containing oysters, prawns, octopus, smoked salmon and salad goes to show. Steaks, schnitzels, sandwiches, quiches and other snacks are also on hand for the less aquatically inclined.
