It's not often you come across a cheap eat in a top beachfront locale, so Boa Thai Fusion makes for a welcome addition to the Maroubra waterfront. The menu spans typical Thai dishes such as pad thai noodles, lemongrass chicken and roast duck red curry, as well as more exotic offerings like tangerine duck, banana flower salad, rock popcorn shrimp, and possibly the most fusion-centric of them all, the Thai spaghetti (yup, that's noodles with bacon, anchovies, peppercorns capsicum, Thai basil, chilli and garlic).
