On the glimmering waters of Fannie Bay sits the Darwin Trailer Boat Club, the home of this friendly bistro where members, guests and passing visitors are all welcome. Formerly known as Cee Cea's Bistro, Blue Marlin Bistro has a similar focus on hearty seafood and steak staples, like freshly shucked oysters, pan-seared snapper fillet, veal schnitzel, and the monumental 500-gram chargrilled rib-eye scotch fillet.
