Immersed in the buzzing waterside hub of Darling Harbour, Blue Fish Seafood Restaurant offers a prime destination for diners to sample Australia's quality seafood produce. Sourcing fresh fish twice daily from the Sydney Fish Markets, Blue Fish boasts a tempting selection of seafood delights, especially the much-loved giant seafood platter with half-lobster Mornay, barbecued squid, six natural oysters, battered fish and practically anything fishy under the sun (or sea, for that matter). The oceanic theme continues with the luminescent fish tanks glowing around the restaurant, though diners may be too busy gazing romantically over the stunning Darling Harbour waterfront from the comfort of their plush seats. It's not all seafood though - kangaroo loin, T-bone steaks and chicken wraps are just some of the other exciting options also on hand.

Prawns to die for
Lovely place, purchased a deal online for prawns, we were given 17 fat yummy prawns each in our buckets. Superb.
