Nearly half a century old, Blue Angel Restaurant defines the meaning of "staying power" in an industry where the hottest new thing can quickly become yesterday's news. Cloistered among a series of terraces in Darlinghurst, Blue Angel serves an iconic selection of Italian fusion dishes, with the specialty being seafood. All of the archetypal Italian victuals are here, from antipasto to pasta to tiramisu, though the fiery fusions really occur in the popular spiny rock lobsters, the wagyu beef, and the traditional lobster or scampi bisques.
