Fantastic
We went to Blake’s for the first time and the food was fantastic. The scallop galette with scallop ice cream was definitely unusual, but it was fantastic. The textures and the contrast of the cold ice cream and warm scallops were amazing. Then the smoked beef fillet was so tender and flavoursome, with a hint of smokiness. When we thought that it could not get any better we had dessert chocolate souffle! It was huge and so delicious that we would go back just to have that. The service was very attentive and the wine list is so large that it is hard to choose from, but there are some fantastic wines. The staff are very friendly.
