We all remember the old Black Stump restaurants, those pokey restaurants where the napkins matched the drapes, which matched the carpet, which matched the generic sauce that came with your steak. Thankfully, the new Black Stump is nothing like that.
With a much-needed makeover the Black Stump brand has gone from kitsch-cringe to a modern and inviting place for a meal. Steaks are still the main focus of the menu (albeit much better steaks than were enjoyed at the old BS) but now you can also get a range of other meals that cater to non-carnivorous diners too. Of course, if you're feeling traditionalist you can't go past the classic rump and ribs combo that has thankfully survived from the Black Stump's previous incarnation.
