This country bistro offers some appealing alternatives to standard pub-grub. The antipasto plate is a veritable 'who's who' of Mediterranean delights, including prosciutto, chorizo, artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes; and there's a subtle Asian influence in dishes such as chilli prawns and coconut rice. Hearty pub meals still make an appearance, such as lamb's fry and bacon, fish and chips and a 250 gram scotch fillet.
