Lovely Japanese restaurant
I have eaten here several times now and love coming to Bistro Lamp. The food is honest, good Japanese food, cooked well. The lunchtime menu is limited to 5 or 6 lunch box listings, but there is always something to please everyone. The chicken karaage keeps me coming back to this haunt. Just be mindful that the service, although it is good, does have a tendency to get easily bamboosled. But don't let this put you off, merely a cautionary tale if deviating from the menu selection.
