Bistro Fax is a grand looking restaurant with classic lines - unsurprising, given that the building it's housed in was built in the 1800s. The menu is seasonal and uses fabulous produce from around Australian such as Queensland scallops and King Island beef. The French bistro-style dishes are prepared with a skill that justifies the accolades.
