Consuming fine food and wine is de rigueur in Orange, one of the ever-growing rural hubs of culinary culture in New South Wales. So it's only natural that this fine French-meets-mod-Oz bistro lands its pretty feet on the site of former Orange staple Selkirks. The legacy lives on in the form of owner and chef Scott Want, who once trod the boards at Selkirks (also previously cooking up a storm at Union Bank Wine Bar). Now, Bistro Ceello is Want's very own venture, a classy but comfortable diner that aims to put you at ease with top-notch wines and classic mains that source local produce.
