Breathing new life into the venerable institution that is the Adelaide Festival Centre, the bistro at the Dunstan has now been taken over by the foodie pros at the Food Business.
With a polished refurb and sweeping views out over the Torrens and the cathedral, the requisite ambience is more than covered at the new Bistro by The Food People. The menu is mostly modern Asian interpretations of bistro classics. The chicken pie is robust and hearty, plumped even further by an olive, pea and preserve lemon mash.
