Spanish coffee maestros Javier and Jorge Gonzalez turn coffee-making into an art, so it's quite appropriate that their cafe, Picasso Espresso, would take its name from a key force in Spanish artistic innovation. Formerly the Biscotti Espresso Bar, although Picasso Espresso is tucked away in Sydney's CBD you can smell the aromas well before your entry. The boutique aromatic coffee beans are grinded according to the weather conditions, so the full flavour, aroma and consistency of the beans are extracted to their full potential. Continental breakfasts, gourmet salad snacks or baguette-filled lunches broaden the variety at this popular city cafe.
