Drawing on Italian folklore and culture, Birichino offers an ever-changing menu which follows the festivals occurring in Italy. From the Venetian Carnival to the Palio di Siena horse race, you can feel as though you're amid all the action as you indulge in the flavours of these festivities. Try absolutely
Very good food, quality stuff, original dishes.
Food is not boring unlike the commercial and cheap italian restaurants that have the usual lasagna and chicken mushroom risotto.
The menu change very often and the price is reasonable. The environment is quite and also if the restaurant is small allows a discrete privacy. They use tablecloth, which indicates a good quality and service.

Qui si mangia bene ! Loosley translated,
Aron Michielli has brought a flavor of true Italian cuisine to Albert Park with wonderful traditional flavors and original regional recipes. We have been here for dinner and lunch on a number of occasions and have sat in the open air courtyards both at the front of the restaurant and behind, both of which offer a wonderful ambience on a warm, summer evening. The waiters provide professional, excellent service. The food and flavors are to be experienced. The quality and freshness are seasonal and outstanding. The wine list is extensive. Due to its location prices are at the higher end of the scale.
