My favourite Chinese for 15 years
I discovered Billy Lee's when I was a uni student and waitressing... the owners and chef of the restaurant I worked out took me there after we closed up. It is consistently the best Chinese around. You can't go past the Chilli Pepper Spare Ribs! Was back there last week and whilst the place can get noisy and parking can be difficult, it really is worth it.

fantastic and affordable!
I can't believe the lack of reviews this place has! For cheap chinese, cooked to perfection, you cant go pass this popular restaurant! For a group of 10 plus, bill came to less than $220!!!! Had ordered so many main dishes with fried rice, and look out- their chilli beef/squid dishes are nice and HOT!

My favourite budget restaurant!!!
I love Billy Lee's restaurant so much!! This is the place to go if you're on a budget!! Great food, and the service is pretty good !! We always get their vinegar chicken, kangkong sambal, their best squid dish (forgot what it was called...just ask them for the best one and they'd recommend it!).
