Oozing character and set in the bustling heart of the Central Market, this place is a favourite among regular market shoppers. With awesome breakfast and lunch fare and even better milkshakes and smoothies, Big Table is a great little cafe to stop off at to rest your weary feet before continuing on your merry way in the foodies' heaven that is the Central Market. While it's always busy and often hard to get a table (or a stool at the big central table for which the place is named) the staff are always happy and friendly, and the atmosphere is so relaxed you won't mind waiting. Breakfast is a treat - with "green eggs and ham" and fat toast with jam as just some of the house specialties - but lunch is also worth coming back for, with salads and baguettes stuffed to the brim full of goodness.
