Big flavours come out of the Big Boy Thai kitchens in Darlinghurst, Mascot and Redfern. It's no wonder that these cheap and cheerful little Thai restaurants attract plenty of local workers and residents with an appetite for the traditional entrees (including spring rolls, dim sum and deep-fried tofu), curries, stir-fries, and noodle and rice dishes. The specialties are also worth a look-in, ranging from crispy fish in tamarind sauce to salt and pepper chilli squid and a mild curry green snowpea salad.
