This bright, crisp and modern pizza bar stands out in bright whites and greens on the corner of Victoria and Symmons Streets. What's even more enticing are the pizzas themselves, which include traditional and gourmet options that feature high-quality meats, free-range local chicken and leg ham, fresh vegies, daily made dough bases and homemade tomato sauce bases, and low-fat local cheeses. The hardest part is picking from enticing options like the Big Breakfast pizza, the prawn and prosciutto option, or the roast vegie concoction.

saved our day!
Good gluten free food can be hard to find in country towns, particularly food allowed in pregnancy. We were on our way to Margaret River from Perth airport and Bianco's listing on this website and wide range of gourmet pizzas, all with gf options were a welcome find. The pizzas were good, the service quick and friendly and the relaxed cafe atmosphere made for a good break.
