Will be back!
Have eaten in many Indian restaurants but this ranks amongst the best - awesome food and can definately recommend the Lamb Rogan Josh, Beef Vindalo and Butter Chicken! I had a potato dish for starters and that was devine. Felt a little rushed though as the place was packed out with loads of people waiting but the service was great. Good wheelchair access as well! Will be going back shortly to work my way through the menu!

disappointing Birthday
My Husband booked a table, when we got there Restaurant full and our table given away, we got the worst table in the restaurant next to the service station, bumped all night long, cutlery not set correctly, food took and 1 hour to get to us and warm. Food good but service dreadfull.

Brilliant
Obviously the flaws identified in my last review were transitional. I have been many times again since and love it like the old days. Love, love, love!

Beyond India
Have eaten here three times and was very impressed with the food. Loved loved loved their lamb korma & butter chicken. Very nice, helpful staff & lovely resturant to eat in. Good wine list with reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves their Indian cuisine.

Hopefully just adjustment phase
My last two visits to the new restaurant have yielded good food but the service was not up to par with that received in the past.
My first delivery from the new restaurant was disappointing with the food taking well over an hour to arrive (almost 1 1/2 hours) and it arrived lukewarm to cold.
I'm hoping that the cause/s of my disappointment is temporary with a new routine being established and the influx of new staff for the new restaurant.
After three less that wonderful experiences, I'll still give Beyond India another chance because of their excellent and warm service (both in the restaurant and with deliveries) in the past and hope that service returns to the high standards of the past.

Yum! Definitely give it a try.
Since my last visit, these guys have moved across the road, so can comment on the new restaurant, but I can also say I have been eating in and taking away since the restaurant opened and the service is fantastic - not to mention very friendly, and the food is fabbo too.
Any number of people that the generic 'we' have introduced to the restaurant have gone back to eat there as well. A friend recently moved to Switzerland, and he's ever since been bemoaning the fact he cannot find a curry house of equal worth. He even sent a postcard to the restaurant bemoaning this fact.
