The best Thai? It's quite a claim to make, but with a chain of restaurants all sporting this audacious name spreading across Sydney, it's hard to argue with the numbers. For the most part, you'll find the menus the same across all of the restaurants, but with each chef imparting their own touch to the dishes.
At the more expensive end of things are chef's specials such as soft-shell crab with egg and vegetables or deep-fried whole snapper with chilli sauce. But there's still plenty on offer if you decide to stick to the cheaper dishes.

Just like being in Thailand
Very unpretentious and like a little bit of Thailand in Darlinghurst. The food is completely fabulous and the quality is always consistent (I've been there 6-7 times) The service is down to earth - order and watch your food being cooked, it gets to you really quickly. Any requests are always dealt with politely and with no fuss. Is BYO, with reasonable selection of soft drinks.
Be warned it is cash only - but given that a decent meal for two seldom exceeds $40-45 that is not an issue.
Try the soft shell chilli crab - yummy!
