Bespoke: to be much spoken of
Rarely is one satisfied at a high level by every course, but this was the case. The crowning glory of the night for me was the wild rabbit roast with accompanying pie, complete with a gamey Chartreuse-infused mushroom and caramelised onion sauce. Best eating in Brisbane for along time. And the coffee was beyond reproach.
