Self-described as a contemporary mix of Alice in Wonderland's rabbit hole, your grandmother's living room and Thomas Edison's library, this eclectic mess of styles somehow pulls together to create something with a distinctive flavour of its own. A 1500-piece crystal installation is the centrepiece of the dining area - and for good reason. The massive glass artwork sets the tone to expect something a bit different from your run-of-the-mill gastro-pub meal, and the menu doesn't disappoint. A roast duck breast gets the Benjamin treatment and is served with orange miso, okra and shallot rings, while the eggplant rollatini is a vegetarian's delight.
