Grazier cuts are the steak of choice and range from a modest eye fillet right up to an intimidating cut of T-bone. If a side of beef isn't for you, then there are plenty of other options. A traditional Greek salad topped with pan-fried calamari is as fresh and summery as the Mediterranean isles from which it originates, while the beer-battered barramundi is a delight.
