Pretty good.
I've been to Bellucis a few times and while the food is not spectacular, it's yummy and consistent.
My only complaint is that it can be really noisy!

But I would say that $3.50 per person corkage is a bit steep when you have a big group! Does it really cost $3.50 to clean a wine glass, cos most bottles these days are screw top!

I will continue to go back for more!
I have been to Belluci's in Dickson about five or six times over the past couple of years and never once have I been disappointed.
The food is tasty, well priced and a nice size.
The staff are polite and accomodating but also kinda quirky. They make your night a lot of fun and you can tell they enjoy dealing with people and they love working there (having come from a waitressing job myself). To me, this makes all the difference when dining out.
Even on a busy night (i have dined on Fridays, Saturdays and even a booked-out Valentine's Day) the staff make sure everyone is looked after and dont rush to leave the table.
I have never been to the other two Belluci's restaurants, so i cannot comment on whether they are as good, but Belluci's in Dickson is definately one of my favourite Canberra restaurants!
