This is one of three Belluci's restaurants across Canberra, and with its relaxed atmosphere and reliable Italian fare, it is a well-known favourite among locals and families. The extensive menu offers an excellent selection of risotto, pastas, pizzas and meats. Timing is everything
This is a popular place for groups of working people so if you can, plan your lunch for a little later. By the time the mains arrive people are leaving and you can enjoy your meal when the noise level has dropped to a dull roar. The service is good and the staff allow you plenty of time to finish drinks and desert while clearing up the lunch time rush.

Average Italian Fare
The food was fine, farely standard Italian fare for this style of restaurant and was delivered in a timely manner.Some dishes were better then others but often that comes down to customer taste/selection. Portion sizes were good and value for the money. The restaurant is fairly open, with a bar down the middle and an open kitchen that looked spotless from where we were sitting. It would suit boisterous get togethers, but there are a couple of tables tucked away for a more intimate meal. It also has an outdoor area that we didn't venture to. Looks ike a good place for lunch! I couldn't fault the attitude of the service staff who were friendly and attentive. However what let them down was the execution. It's great to offer a customer another glass of wine at the right time, with a bit of banter, but actually delivering it to the table is the key. Ditto with the hot chocolate. However apologies were made and the drinks,when they arrived, were complimentary. I won't be rushing back, but nor would I resist an invitation to go back with friends.

Good food, nice place
It's usually very busy so I'd recommend making a reservation. Good food, good service and the restaurant is quite nicely fitted out.

has the image but lacks in the substance department...
This restaurant has a reasonably upmarket style for suburbia, but the food and service belie this appearance. The service was unbelievably slow including the mortal restaurant sin of having wait staff cleaning up whilst people are still waiting for service! Food was ok without being in any way exceptional and one dish was not as advertised (i.e. specified ingredients missing). There are much better Italian restaurants elsewhere in Canberra, but this is ok by Woden standards.

Lovely Italian meals
One of my favourite Canberra restaurants. Beautiful food, great service and elegant surrounds. The only time I have had a less than pleasant experience was when I attended for a banquet. Though we did not exceed our reservation, there was not nearly enough food and it was exceptionally bland compared to when you order a single meal.

Standard fare for standard prices
Belluci's serves your typical Italian meals. It is one of the better pasta venues in Canberra. Great value as you don't leave the place feeling still hungry. Service is good and attentive considering it is often quite busy.

Outstanding blandness
If there is one detail that this restaurant excels at, it would be mediocrity. I’ve had the misfortune of attending Belluci’s @ Woden on various workplace unches and on each occasion the food was well below the standard you would expect from a restaurant that attracts the amount of clientele that it does. With flavourless pasta sauces, over cooked seafood, staff that look bored and its sterile pseudo uber-modern décor, there is little to recommend here expect perhaps the ‘decent’ prices of the lunch menu. In a nutshell, it is to Italian food what McDonald’s is to hamburgers.

Good menu and consistent value
This isn't an intimate or romantic restaurant but its very consistent. Because it's always busy I'd recommend making a reservation. The menu is interesting and varied and the service is quick and attentive. The young staff are never still and deliver a good standard of food for the price.
I go there often.
