Bellaggio's Pizza

Base is thin, crisp and with a creaminess only found in the best italian article. What's on top is restrained in quantity, nicely ankle deep in cooking juices and bursting with flavour. Apparently the cook is from Sicily. Not exactly cheap for a family friendly pizza joint, but it is the best pizza I've tasted in Australia.
