The Napolitana is a great example of the simple things in life being the best. The only toppings are anchovies and olives but the overload of saltiness is exactly what the doctor ordered. Of course if you're a local you may find it hard to go past the tribute to the 'burb it is located in, The Padstow - a filling pizza topped with ham, mushrooms, olives, onions, anchovies, garlic and chilli.
