Husband and wife team Gillies and Dita Couston are relatively new to the cafe scene in Parramatta, but already they've developed a strong following of loyal customers.
Beanie's stylish layout and decor make it very accessible to the young corporate crowd that descends upon the Parramatta CBD come lunchtime. The menu is extensive enough to keep things interesting, but the locals all swear by the freshly made beef burger with beetroot and caramelised onion.
