With fresh hand-cut flowers on each and every table, this exquisite dining room reaches for the heights of intimate dining. Offering a stylish yet comfortable environment, Bay Twenty Three sits in the heart of Northbridge on the lower North Shore. Its open glass kitchen allows diners to look on as chef Michael Cronin and his team whip up a delicious menu of modern Australian cuisine fused with Asian and European influences. Popular bites include the pork cutlet on a mushroom, pea and walnut risotto, the seafood pie featuring scallops, octopus, prawns and much more, and the pan-fried ocean trout. An accompanying wine list shows off Australian, New Zealand and imported drops to their best advantage, although diners can bring their own wine. While the focus is mainly on fine dinners, Bay Twenty Three is open for lunch upon reservation only.
