Coffee connoisseurs of Neutral Bay make a ritual of visiting Bay Coffee Roasters, a small cafe and coffee shop where you can watch - and smell - your beans being roasted fresh on-site. Chief roaster David Rosa has garnered a slew of awards for his blends, which include the nutty Royal Special, and the exuberant Roaster's Reserve espresso. There's no cooked food served here, but the cakes and biscuits complement the coffees nicely.
