After the overwhelming success of his chain of corporate cafes, former rugby legend George Gregan has now taken over responsibilities at the cafe in the grower's-market-cum-art space CarriageWorks.
Like his GG Espresso cafes the menu, at Bay 16 sticks close to the tried and true formula that has served Gregan so well in the past. Expect freshly baked pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches and freshly pulled Allpress coffee.
