During the Cold War one thing both East and West Berlin had in common was their mutual affection for bratwurst. This German restaurant is sausage heaven, with over seven varieties to choose from. There's the cheese kransky, covered in cheese sauce; the Swiss veal bratwurst, famed for its white flesh; and the knackwurst sausage - a plump mixture of pork and beef. If sausages don't satisfy you, there are other classic German dishes on offer, such as the Wiener schnitzel and Eisben - a pickled and boiled pork knuckle served with sauerkraut.
