The gentrification of Chatswood has been a long time in the making, but with the addition of this spacious and sleek Bavarian beer hall it's safe to say the transformation is well under way.
In case the name, menu and advertising didn't give it away, beer is what the Bavarian Bier Cafe is all about - beer, beer and more beer. This is not to say that the food isn't lovely, just that it is made to go with ale. Mussels, bratwurst sausages with mash and smoked meats are all delectable - especially with a cold one.
