The Cabramatta outpost of Bau Truong offers restaurant-goers a delicious cross-section of Vietnamese delights. The dining room is a thoroughly modern space with plenty of bright lights in a long room that seemingly stretches as far as the eye can see.
This is not to distract from the food however, as among the dishes on offer are a selection of classic soups from pho to ben bo hue, which are sure to please. There's also a selection of grilled meats and tantalisingly tasty curries on offer. With more than 100 options on the menu, variety truly is the spice of life at this little gem.
