Trying something new, the crew behind Lamont's wineries and restaurants move into the spheres of the casual and the corporate with this boutique coffee stop in the Perth CBD. On the bottom level of the Bishops See Building, Barista 235 looks out onto sunny St Georges Terrace through full-length glass windows, where breakfast and lunchtime regulars congregate on the lounges. The coffees are Fiori, and the gourmet foods include braised beef cheek with creamy mash and steamed greens, chicken with caramelised onions and avocado on a roll, and parmesan and rosemary muffins.
