Hands down one of the most popular cafes in Double Bay, Bar Indigo often reaches full capacity as regulars return and newbies discover the lauded breakfasts, lunches, dinners and coffees. The flavour is mod-Oz with European accents, best represented by dishes like the local blue swimmer crab angler hair pasta, slow-roasted tomato meatball open sandwich, and the lemon-marinated chicken salad. Meanwhile, breakfasts here are something of a phenomenon. They're mostly classic, but why mess with the formulas when they work so well?
