The recent success of juice bars and the like indicate that people want healthier alternatives to greasy takeaways on their lunch break. Bar Fresh has jumped on this bandwagon and run with it very successfully. Offering an enormous range of salads, with the option of building your own, patrons are spoilt for choice. Fresh, light salads are perfect for sweaty summer afternoons, while slightly heavier options like a chicken caesar, a noodle salad or a wrap are comforting fare that won't go to one's hips.

Lunches
I love the salads here, and recently tried the soups, which are amazing! We all love it at work and the food is very healthy. Can't say enough about it to be honest

Servings
I went to Bar Fresh to buy a salad for lunch...The servings are much smaller than what they were, yet the price remains the same. I am a regular, which will change as I'll think twice before I go back.
