Offering traditional, authentic curries, the Banyan Tree is always full of locals who love it for its genuine, tasty curries. Classics like butter chicken, lamb rogan josh and tandoor dishes are done to perfection, and while it can get busy on weekends, service is usually prompt and efficient. The buffets on offer for groups are only available on weekends, but are well worth a try if you're dining on a Friday or Saturday night - they're generously proportioned and good value for hungry diners.
